In Youth With A Mission, no one gets paid. It is all volunteer. I love this. No one, in any one of the 1,100 locations world wide, none of the 16,000+ full time staff are here for monetary gain. Every last one of us is doing what we are doing because God has called us to do so. Because that is why we are here, we trust God for the provision to live and continue doing what he has called us to.
 
“So how does that work?” you ask. Short answer…. I have no Idea! haha all I know is that it does! The long answer is that everything belongs to God… everything, and so he uses YOU, friends, family and even complete strangers! Gods timing is perfect and some times I think he just makes money appear! Haha Thankfully this does not happen all the time. I say thankfully because the way God provides is even better than things magically appearing out of no where. He uses us, and blesses us so that we can take care of each other. When one of us is blessed with abundance, we can bless someone else who has little. When God calls one of us to a season of life, where we are blessed with the ability to get paid for our work, he allows us to partner with those who are working where they are not paid. God links us together in such a way that no matter where we are or what we are doing, we are all still connected and need each other.
 
So, the only way I pay for my housing, purchase my food and do the ministry that God has called me to do… is through you. God has chosen to use me as one of His fingers, to reach out and touch those who need to feel His love and point them towards Himself. And for this season I am lucky enough to get to be the “skin” on that finger, the part that actually makes contact with those hurting and in need, in broken places far away from my home. Only problem with that is that I also need muscle, bone and tissue to be able to actually move and function. If Christ is the blood that flows through His body, than you are my support, the tendons, bone and muscle. God uses you to enable me to move and function.
 
I Currently spend about 500 British Pounds a month, or 1000 US Dollars. If you would like to support me financially the bit of information below is for you. But please know that money is great, but Prayer is even better! I need money to pay the bills, but I need prayer to keep me covered and walking, for safety and guidance, for wisdom and revelation.
